1. Organiser

The prize draw is organised by Driven Automotive Solutions Ltd (“the Organiser”), registered in the UK.

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom.

• Entrants must own a motor vehicle that is registered in the UK and registered with the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) in the entrant’s name. Imported vehicles are excluded.

• Entrants must be aged 18 or over (if applicable).

• Employees of the Organiser and their immediate families are excluded from entering.

3. How to Enter

• No purchase or donation is necessary to enter. Free entry is available  via the Driven Automotive Solutions Ltd website.

• Each eligible entrant is entitled to one free entry into the prize draw, identified by their unique vehicle registration number.

• Additional entries may be purchased through donations made via Stripe payment processing, with entry allocations as follows:

  • £5.00 donation = 5 entries

  • £10.00 donation = 10 entries

  • £15.00 donation = 20 entries

  • £20.00 donation (maximum per donation) = 30 entries

• Entrants may make unlimited donations for additional entries.

• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. The Marie Curie charity will receive one hundred percent of donations received. Driven Automotive Solutions will make no deductions for any administration.

4. Validation of Entries

• Vehicle registration numbers will be validated to ensure UK registration status.

• Private registrations will be checked through HPI data to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

• Entries with vehicle registrations not matching the entrant’s name on the DVLA records or with imported vehicles will be disqualified.

5. Prize Details

• The prize consists of vehicle body repair work valued up to a maximum of £1,000, covering paint, consumable materials, and labour only.

• The prize excludes:

  • Vehicles refinished in matt application.

  • Any parts required for the repair, as deemed necessary according to the manufacturer’s standards for the make, model, and year of the vehicle.

  • ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) recalibration.

  • Collection and delivery of the vehicle — the winner must bring their vehicle to the nominated repair centre. * Centre, they selected upon entry.

• The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

6. Number of Winners

• One winner will be selected for each of the six Driven Automotive Solutions Ltd repair centres in the UK (total of six winners).

7. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries using electronic prize draw software. Your entry data will be uploaded from our website into the secure software to enable the draw.

• Winners will be notified by email within 2 working hours of the draw.

• Winners will be notified by email and text message.

  
  

8. Prize Redemption

• The winner must bring their vehicle to the nominated repair centre for repairs.

• The repairs are subject to availability and booking in times

• The prize must be redeemed within one calendar year of the winner notification date.

• If the winner fails to attend the agreed date and time for the repair appointment more than once, the prize will be forfeited and terminated.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

• Personal data, including vehicle registration and contact details, will be collected and used solely for administering the prize draw and notifying winners.

• Entrants will not receive marketing communications from Driven Automotive Solutions Ltd unless they have explicitly opted in.

• Entrants may request the deletion of their personal data at any time after the draw, including withdrawal of marketing consent if applicable.

• All personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR and UK data protection law and will be stored securely. Data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to administer the prize draw.

10. General Conditions

• The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or attempts to circumvent the entry requirements.

• The Organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw in exceptional circumstances.

• The prize draw is subject to UK law, including compliance with the Gambling Act 2005. This prize draw is conducted as a free promotional prize draw.

• The Organiser accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

• By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
