Driven Automotive Solutions is a fast-growing automotive accident repair business, working with motor insurers, accident management companies, fleet operators, and rental providers across the UK. We specialise in minor accident repair, efficient bodyshop scheduling, and clear communication throughout the repair process.

The Role

We are recruiting a Customer Service & Scheduling Specialist to support our busy accident

repair national call centre. You will act as the main point of contact between customers,

insurers, and accident repair centres, managing bookings, job schedules, and customer

updates to ensure vehicles move efficiently through the repair process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails from customers, insurers, and accident management companies

• Book and manage bodyshop and accident repair appointments

• Coordinate daily workshop schedules to maximise efficiency

• Confirm bookings, chase authorisations, and provide repair updates

• Deliver high standards of automotive customer service

• Maintain accurate customer and job records using CRM or job management systems

• Provide general automotive administration support

About You

• Previous experience in an accident repair centre, bodyshop, service advisor, or

automotive admin role

• Strong understanding of automotive customer service

• Confident managing scheduling, workload planning, and multiple priorities

• Excellent communication skills (phone and email)

• Comfortable using booking systems, CRM software, or bodyshop management systems

• Organised, reliable, and able to work well under pressure

Availability

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours) Alternate Saturdays, 8:00am – 12:00pm (paid overtime)
